The event attracted nearly 100 employees from diverse departments—including technology, healthcare, product, and algorithm teams—to form cross-functional teams. It yielded a series of innovative and practical AI solutions. With three core strengths—"deeply exploring business pain points, closely following cutting-edge trends, and emphasizing implementability"—the competition set a benchmark for the company’s AI capability development and innovation culture implementation.

"Through this event, we aim to leverage AI capabilities to foster a platform where all innovative and forward-thinking colleagues can showcase their technical skills and creativity, while addressing real business needs and enhancing efficiency," revealed the Technical Committee Director. He emphasized that technology is no longer isolated, innovation knows no scale, and solving problems creates value.

The company’s first-ever "cross-department collaboration" sparked an AI innovation frenzy! This was not just a clash of cross-departmental wisdom but also a hands-on exploration of AI frontiers. Teams integrated OpenClaw Intelligent Agent Platform and Agent Skills standards to embed AI deeply into real business demands. From identifying clinical pain points by healthcare teams, to cracking core algorithm engines by technical platforms, and refining user experiences by product managers—every step sparked interdisciplinary innovation. As a participant noted, "Diverse backgrounds don’t breed conflict but fuel endless creative surprises. Combining clinical insights, technical logic, and human-centric design produces solutions that are clinically relevant, scalable, and implementable."

The competition mobilized nearly all departments. The 24-hour closed competition transformed into an "intelligent brainstorming camp," with teams entering "closed-door refinement" mode. One team even developed four product DEMO versions within the limited timeframe to meet diverse user scenarios. Many participants were driven by the goal of leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. They turned workplace challenges into motivation for creative solutions, digging deep into root causes and analyzing impacts holistically to ensure AI truly solves practical problems.

At midnight, algorithm engineers and product managers fiercely debated user persona optimization; in the evening, the Technical Committee Director addressed technical queries, remarking, "The scale and depth of AI application here have truly surprised me!" The COO also provided on-site guidance on architectural design. A unique "Angel Bonus" mechanism was introduced during evaluations—the Chairman & CEO personally endorsed projects with long-term strategic value or aligned with corporate values, ensuring these innovations gain focused support. The Chairman emphasized, "We must double down on creative product design!" This strategic move not only boosted technical breakthroughs but also provided a holistic direction for grassroots innovation. Through precise "Angel Bonus" empowerment and strategic leadership, the 24-hour "brainstorming camp" achieved a complete innovation loop from idea to implementation.

Excitingly, all submissions addressed core business challenges. These "innovations born from pain points" injected fresh ideas into business growth and validated the boundless potential of "grassroots innovation." Out of 18 submissions, all achieved 100% functional verification! Eight award-winning projects are now under business incubation consideration, with three formally initiated—entering pilot phases across business units to demonstrate the full journey from lab to production line.

This 24-hour intellectual marathon witnessed not only the collision of code and algorithms but also ignited company-wide enthusiasm for AI adoption. The "AI Hackathon" is poised to become an annual flagship tech-culture event. As AI capabilities evolve, richer AI tools will empower even more creative solutions.
